TIE Ship Design Special with CapnLogan, Adam Ihle & Sean Tourangeau
With 3 great designers of current ships in the game, we at Tribbles aim to make this a discussion on current designs in game, in cannon and what lies ahead. This will not be a straight out question and answer as many podcast do, but keeping more to our talk show roots.
The show’s hosts are Risa from TrekRadio and Xander from Holosuite Magazine. We can’t talk ships without our ShipBusters team that consists of Alastor and Ginger. We have a very special guest CapnLogan, lead ship designer for STO joining us, as well as Enterprise concept designer Adam Ihle and Luna Class designer Sean Tourangeau.
Take a listen as we discuss our love of ships and STO in a casual and friendly atmosphere.
Tribbles is a Community based weekly talk show sponsored by TrekRadio.net, Subspace-Radio.net, BladeRadio.com and HolosuiteMagazine.com. Be sure to stay with us in our IRC chat room or in game at “holosuite” channel. If you have any questions, comments or ideas about our show, please write to us.

In the years spent in STO, CapnLogan continually raised the bar with every ship made. A strong bond was made remodeling old ship with the help of the community in the STO Forums to fully fit the Star Trek IP. Later for Star Trek Online’s movement to their new Free to Play model he pushed us into the new age by Designing and Developing many new ship classes, both on the FED and KDF for our enjoyment.
A Graduate from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, with a degree in Industrial Design, and since have worked as a special effects artist, toy designer and sculptor, graphic designer and commercial sculptor. Adam Ihle entered the Design the Next Enterprise contest hosted by STO/Cryptic studios in 2010 and was announced the winner.

Sean Tourangeau is a graphic artist/designer and was the winner of the Pocket Books 2005 contest to design the Luna-class USS Titan for the new Star Trek: Titan book series. After winning the competition Tourangeau worked with his friend Ellery O’Connell to develop a 3D model of the Titan to be used on the cover of the forth Titan novel to show the new ship design in all its glory.
